Liked: I couldn’t speak more highly about this hotel, was extremely clean and the location to everything was amazing. The staff were so accommodating and helpful with the most friendliness attitudes. Kate who worked in multiple locations around the hotel made us feel so welcome and did everything to make our stay so enjoyable
Disliked: There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like about this property

Disliked: The light was very dim and also there was one bulb wasn’t working.

Liked: The staff were wonderful, always ready and willing to help, and sometimes (pending how busy they were) stop and chat about Rye, its attractions, or anything relevant to our stay. Warm, friendly and helpful staff - that was the standout takeaway from our experience staying at this comfy and convenient hotel.
Disliked: I mean, I had 2 kids with me, one of them small and a little slow / unsteady, so the stairs to our room weren't ideal, but it certainly wasn't a deal breaker. It was a BUSY weekend!
