Pleasant stay but very close...

Give it a miss
Liked: The location was nice.
Disliked: Fire Safety a big concern. No plan in bedroom, a landing emergency light not working, no fire escape signed! A locked door to outside stairs, no key. Toiletries in bathroom for example cotton buds/cotton wool, sitting in water. Dining space not able to accommodate everyone at once for breakfast. Pillows awful.

Liked: We loved every thing about rye hill farm the room was so clean the full English breakfast was lovely and Elizabeth was such a lovely host couldn't do enough for you definitely going back there the veiws from the working farm are breathtaking thank you so much from making it a lovely weekend for us thank you

Amazing, we will be back!
Liked: It was beautiful, room was perfectly spacious as we brought our foster dog and crate for her to sleep in. Room was spotless and everything had been thought of! Location was beautiful and peaceful but not too far away from villages and towns. Host was amazing, such a lovely lady! Breakfast was fab!! Nice cold choice and lovely hot food too!! Will definitely stay again when we come up that way, it’s perfect!

Liked: Comfortable beds,lovely linen
Disliked: The fact our pre arranged arrival we was left sat in the car park for over 40 mins with no communication from the host because she forgot to put it in her diary ! We was made to feel uncomfortable because we asked for more butter! The rooms were freezing when we arrived as the radiators were turned off so we had to wait for it to warm up after we turned them on, breakfast room was freezing too... It wasnt the experience myself or my family was expecting after reading the reviews which is why I booked in the 1st place!!

Dissatisfied not what we hoped...
Liked: Set in the countryside, plenty of extra pillows
