Liked: Convenient for a last minute late night booking
Disliked: Being a late night arrival it was frustrating that it took the service agent 15 minutes to complete check in formalities.

Awesome as usual.

Liked: Central location with gorgeous view and spacious & clean room.
Disliked: Some amenities seem to be missing, such as hand wash/soap, pen, etc..

Liked: the room was nice. Lovely bathroom and the shower was exceptional...usually in hotels the water pressure is crap but this one wasn't at all. The bed was comfy and spacious...i prefer a softer bed, however I still slept well. The breakfast was awesome...great range to chose from. I wish Rydges would bring back salmon for breakfast. The room had great facilities, kettle, hairdryer, iron etc and its nice and close for walking around the city.

Liked: Close to public transport, the waterfront which had many restaurants and bars. Also close to the city centre. Good value for money.

Disliked: Staff member in the reception while the time of check out. I checked out at around 9 am on 30/12/2024 however they have charged for the pan cake ($18 NZ) which we have not ordered. After the explanation , they removed it from my bill however the behaviour of the staff member is very rude, therefore it is hard for me to recommend to someone on this hotel.
