Was OK but needs to be renovated to keep up with what other hotels have to offer.

Liked: Friendly service and room was very clean.
Disliked: The TV remote was working properly and the remotes were changed on a couple of occasions and the bed springs weren't that good. You rolled in the middle and woke up with a sore back.

Liked: The location is great. Easy walk to the beach and eateries and shopping. A tram righ out front to get to the station.

Disliked: Carpet needed updateThe toilet didn’t work - so found was turned off at the wall and in turn found that it leaked everywhere! So obviously was a known issue already

Liked: Close Proximity to the City without being to Noisy! St Kilda beach close by. Lots of fun to be had.Easy tram to city. 10 minutes by tram.
Disliked: There was a Damaged Power Socket on the Wall behind Bedside Table .. Someone had pushed the power socket into the wall! I Should have mentioned it when leaving.

Liked: The water in the spa bath was brown. The bathroom sink had cracks in it. There was a watermark from a cup of tea on the bedside table. I don’t think was cleaned very well.
