Was OK but needs to be renovated to keep up with what other hotels have to offer.

Liked: Friendly service and room was very clean.
Disliked: The TV remote was working properly and the remotes were changed on a couple of occasions and the bed springs weren't that good. You rolled in the middle and woke up with a sore back.

Liked: Room was a good size and looked tidy on entry. It was close to the water and places of interest in St Kilda
Disliked: There was advertising for ‘happy hour’ everywhere throughout the hotel for the bar but it was never open!! Then both mornings someone entered our room whilst we were inside even though there was a note to say we would not get any room servicing for a stay less than 3 days. There was hair on the pillow, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work, the shower was mouldy and then to top it off we got charged mini bar fees when we hadn’t even used anything!! Very annoying and when I tried to question it got the run around from staff
