Was OK but needs to be renovated to keep up with what other hotels have to offer.

Liked: Friendly service and room was very clean.
Disliked: The TV remote was working properly and the remotes were changed on a couple of occasions and the bed springs weren't that good. You rolled in the middle and woke up with a sore back.

Liked: It was walking distance from the Palais theatre
Disliked: The property is VERY tired, dirty paintwork, ripped carpets, tacky rooms, old decrepit bathroom, lifts are slow and feel like they might not be safe. There is no way this hotel is 4 star. It’s like a poorly managed youth hostel, not a hotel.

Liked: Small room but just the right size. I will just say I thought the layout of the bathroom could have been better designed, the shelf was on a slant and my toiletries fell, and the shower pressure was weak. But I did find the rest of the hotel stay great and would definitely come back again. Great location and parking made it a lot easier! Thanks for having us :)
Disliked: The bathroom, the shelf was on a slope, the sink is right behind the door so I had to close it to stand there and ended up sweating with no air circulation in the room. The shelf was on a slant so my toiletries fell on the floor. Also the shower head seem dated and poor pressure. Also I found the wifi connection to be poor
