A definite must stay and...

Liked: This was a surprise b'day gift for my daughter. We drove into the entrance and she was ecstatic! I booked the Jet room for 2 nights, which was very cosy. They dined at Red Salt and Lovedale Bar n Grill and enjoyed the buffet breakfast during their stay. They went on many hikes, played tennis and enjoyed bike riding around the resort. Highly recommend a stay at Rydges Hunter Valley
Disliked: The bikes were a bit outdated.
