Nice room, bit pricey and...

Liked: The hotel itself was good, the location was good as we were going to a concert and it was a quick walk to the arena. Nice to have later checkout 11am.
Disliked: There is no parking, you have to pay to park in a parking complex 2 streets away. The lobby isn’t very big when multiple people are trying to check in it got a bit crowded. I didn’t have my physical license and debit card and was told I couldn’t check in as they need physical cards. I had a copy of my license on my phone but that was rejected due to “AI being able to replicate anything” therefore it was not an acceptable form of ID. It needed to have my signature on it (which it did and I pointed it out to the concierge but was told it wasn’t good enough). Wouldn’t let my partner use his as it was booked in my name yet I saw at least 3 other people use their partners id or keycard to check in before me. Luckily my stepmum was staying there too and I called her and she came down to see what was going on. He wasn’t going to let her check me in either but after asking me for my email confirmation he allowed my stepmum to pay, saying in future if I don’t have my physical cards they wouldn’t be able to accommodate me, don’t worry mate, I probably won’t be back. He didn’t give me any of the information I heard him give all the other patrons, eg, parking, checkout times and such, I had to ask him where the parking was and I only knew checkout time was 11am because it was on my reservation.
