Disliked: Hotel room was not clean. Bathroom had fingernail clippings and hairband under basin.

Disliked: A lot of things.As soon as we arrived the room, it smelt very damp, we opened the curtains to find dead bugs and and dirt all across the ledge right near the bed, food stains up against the wall. When we were checking in the receptionist was on her phone throughout majority of the interaction. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable and dropped in the middle. For pay $520 I would except it to be a bit better then the room we got, water marks all over the ceiling, cracks throughout the room, marks all over the wall. Felt really frustrated but what can you do…

Liked: Comfortable bed, great room service quality, huge shower and bathroom.Updated amenities. Safe parking. Good quality buffet breakfast available. Great family orientation

Hotels should have a toaster...

Liked: Comfortable bed great shower great photos sunrise/sunset and you can see harbour bridge in distance
Disliked: Aircon not working fridge wasn’t cold don’t have plates or cutlery no toaster only jug
