Liked: Location is excellent for access to entertainment and restaurants.
Disliked: Our TV glitched but the staff were so polite and helpful about it.

Liked: Amazing location in the heart of the CBD! Perfect staycation, we had the absolute best time!
Disliked: We would have loved to have robes in our room.

Liked: Location was great, facilities were clean and were tidy, bed was comfortable, and room size was good, if you want to be in the heart of the city this would be the perfect place to stay as you are in walking distance to most venues
Disliked: The air-conditioning was ok but definitely not the best

Liked: the hotel has such a nice vibe to it. very inviting and peaceful as somewhere to stay on a trip. the staff were very helpful whenever we needed to talk to them and check in and out was very streamline. it also is in a nicely central area which made everything easy to access for our stay.ended up getting upgraded and the room was absolutely lovely. everything was clean and comfortable.
