Expensive with unexpected downsides.

Liked: Booking in efficient. Room was quiet and the location was good with the centre a short walk away.
Disliked: Although when booking the hotel we were informed of a 2% surcharge for using credit cards when were informed when booking in that it also applied to International debit cards! We had a bar meal in the restaurant but although there were a number of draft beers but one could only order a pint in one of them as they couldn’t use the pint glasses with the other beers. Finally when presented with the bill, 15% GST had been added when this was not shown on the prices indicated on the menu.

Would definitely stay here again...

Liked: In a quiet location, within an easy stroll to all of the best restaurants and centre of Christchurch. The room was large and spacious, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing really.
