All good, would stay again

Liked: Location, comfort, breakfast not great but OK
Disliked: Booking room on “Rydges” website, stating free parking, then getting email saying “Parking $20”. Get the IT dept to get their act together.

Terrible place to stay. Look...

Liked: location was good
Disliked: Overpriced And the mattress was sagged terribly on one side. Obviously the side most people sleep on The bed was made in such a way that when you pull back the sheets even the mattress cover came out Front desk staff seemed cold and unfriendly

A comfortable stay, & happy...

Liked: Clean & friendly, very warm as I feel the cold.
Disliked: Sadly, only tea,coffee etc in the room. Could have added a plain biscuit to have with tea/coffe & it wouldn’t cost that much.

A great hotel. Our favourite...

Liked: Good room, excellent breakfasts, Bloody Mary is a very good restaurant for dinner. All the staff are very friendly. The location of the hotel is very close to the centre of the city. The hotel has extensive secure parking.
Disliked: Nothing.
