Liked: Amazing Lakefront view. Extremely friendly and professional front office receptionist.The food at the Red Grill restaurant
Disliked: Wait staff and music both quite loud in Red Grill restaurant

Great stay!

Liked: Location was great. Loved how my requeat was accommodated for at short notice.
Disliked: There was no extraction fan in the bathroom to reduce humidity after a shower. My room was on a mezzanine level.

Liked: The room was a good size, great view, breakfast was great
Disliked: The lack of parking was annoying also some of the people on the front desk weren’t very welcoming

A centrally located hotel with...

Liked: The room had a superb view of the Remarkables and the lake from the balcony. It was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: While parking was secure, it did cost an extra $25 a day.
