Expensive but low comfort night

Liked: Level 5 Lakeview suite. Room was run down, rattling windows and verandah doors that barely close properly. Bed mattress was past its use by date and sunken/collapsed, causing great discomfort. Woken at 2.30am by someone, possibly a staff member, promenading for 15 minutes on speakerphone on outside deck level 4. He stopped and apologised when asked to go inside, but any possibility of a good nights sleep was ruined by then.

Liked: The breakfast was delicious. The views from our balcony were spectacular and the location was unbeatable.
Disliked: Disappointed that there was no hot tub , when the sign on the pool door showed hot tub instructions and the pool was not heated to be able to use it in summer.
