Not Happy, very Disappointing

Liked: Staff provided good service.
Disliked: 1st Room wasn't made up - dirty cups, food and unmade beds.Bed not comfortable Hallways hot No signage at breakfast about dietary requirements and when i advised I was gluten free, staff did a double check that I paid for breakfast even after they checked me in - felt singled out.2nd room - Toiletries were minimal, no toothbrush or toothpaste, Moisturiser only 1 face washer in a room for 4 people

Liked: Did not have breakfast till last day and wished we had plenty of variety on offer
Disliked: Hotel was in a great position in central city..but was a tad noisy with traffic etc. but on the whole had a great stay.

Liked: The apartment was a great size for my family. The staff were really helpful and the location was great, close to restaurants and the great water playground area near the Harbour.
