Disappointing

Liked: Location is fantastic.
Disliked: The room was dirty. Particularly the bathroom. Lots of mould. The room needs redoing as it seems very tired. Not worth the money spent.

Reasonable but pricey for what...

Liked: Good checkin and staff, great views.
Disliked: We turned the aircon off because of the noise but the return air continued to vibrate, the wardrobe's door was wonky and the room in general is average, no paintings etc. It was OK but we were paying $530 for Christmas night (I don't think it was fully booked) and wasn't value for money from that perspective.

Perfect place to stay for...

Liked: Great customer service, both via message at the time of booking and at the front desk. Staff were very accomodating to us. Big spacious room with a beautiful ocean view. Perfect location- walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
Disliked: Small pool but was clean and the hot tub was very relaxing. Some noise from nearby bars in the evening but it didn't disturb us and we were able to get a good sleep.

Liked: Location was great. Staff at front desk very helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: The room wasn’t really clean. The balcony areas were filthy and couldn’t be used. Cob webs, dust and dirt. It was a let down for what was a nice hotel in a great location.

Liked: Reception staff excellent , dinning room staff good but the food only average. Location of hotel excellent
Disliked: House keeping not good. Didn't always refresh room when asked, or make the bed, or replenish tea or toilet rolls etc. Bathroom not cleaned windows filthy, balcony not cleaned & net curtains missing from windows hence no privacy. No full length mirror in the room, & paintwork needs attention. Not enough lighting in the room.

An enjoyable stay in a...

Liked: Rydges at Cronulla is perfectly located to enjoy the beautiful beach walks, rock pools & great local restaurants. Our room was comfortable & well serviced during our 7 day stay over Christmas.
Disliked: Our suite was sparsely furnished with a very old lounge & 2 small cushions. The decor needs an update.
