Bit pricey for what you...

Liked: It was a very convenient location for us to easily walk down to the hospital and the parking was easy to organise.
Disliked: The carpark looks like it has been designed to be used in a new apocalyptic movie where you are trapped and have to try and navigate your way around the hundreds of massive pylons, but it was very convienient and easy to access with auto identification on the number plates. The building looks very worn on the outside, however it has upgraded and clean facilities on the inside - in all a bit pricey for what you get, however, it has a good location if you want to get to the hospital.

Dissapointed to stay at a...

Liked: Very poor customer service.When offered a $10 per night discount for going Green and not getting the room serviced. We thought this was a great option but was then denied the credit one night, it was not the $10 it was being made out as being dishonest by the staff. No information given at check-in, we had to chase the staff up for everything we needed, for example the WiFi password.
Disliked: The communication from the staff.

Very good

Liked: Staff were excellent. Breakfast buffet in the mornings was amazing. I messaged the hotel before we left for our trip about my son being a Coeliac and they had gluten free toast ready for him each day
Disliked: No microwave in the room

Disliked: Very loud noise like drilling in the morning coming from next door or above.

Liked: The staff were great. The rooms were quite modern and fresh. It felt like were were treated like family.
Disliked: Outside of the hotel could use a freshening up.
