Very nice hotel, clean, smells...

Liked: Clean, bed was super comfy, ambiance was nice! Very nice hotel
Disliked: Everything was good, just at check out Sunday at 11am the female at the desk was flat, looked tired, She couldn’t be bothered, didn’t smile, didn’t even say good morning or greet, appeared she didn’t want to be there.

Very nice amenities and next...

Liked: Excellent staff, great facilities and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Issue with door lock, but staff soon sorted.

Decent, clean accommodation and restaurant...

Liked: The room was clean, comfy bed and the room service meal we had was restaurant quality. The restaurant downstairs was a buzz with live music and good food, there is also a great club right next door for other food options.
Disliked: Our room was on the side of the hotel that faces the main highway and was a little noisy. Cabinetry in the room could do with an update, it's a bits knocked about. All considered, I would definitely stay again.

Liked: The location was handy to the places we had to go and it was close to restaurants and shops.
Disliked: We arrived at 7.30pm Sunday night after driving for 3 hours and our bed was a double not the twin single which was requested. We had to go and have our dinner while our beds were fixed. On our final day we ordered 2 ham and cheese croissants to our room through room service to arrive at 7am. I had to ring at 7.10 to find out where our croissants were. We had to leave at 7.45 to get to our event. Thanks
