Liked: The staff were lovely. The setting of the hotel was beautiful.
Disliked: Regrettably we did not think that the room we were allocated was the standard King that we had paid for. The room was dark with a small elevated window which overlooked a blank wall. The bathroom blind was badly stained. The room was on the first floor although we had requested a downstairs room.

Liked: Location is beautiful but that’s where to positives end for me.
Disliked: Misleading advertising, room, facilities, parking, dining options, dark dingy secondary hotels behind the hall, not a spa and not a 4 star.
