Disliked: There is no bathroom sink. The provided substitute is the kitchen sink and it is a much less than desirable substitute. Had I known of the absence of a bathroom sink in advance I would have chosen another location to stay in Moab.

Liked: It’s a good deal for what I needed, older place, but well-maintained, staff was friendly and the location is right in town.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything other than if I had a ground floor room
