Great place to stay in...

Liked: Great scenery. Loved the nature walk. Breakfast buffet was great! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: One of my best vacations of my lifetime...The staff were more than helpful and great service...every aspect was more than great...breakfast was excellent every morning...the shuttle service was awesome...

Something special, don’t walk ,...

Liked: Seriously one of the nicest Rooms & Property we have stayed at. Breakfast every morning, clean , beautiful cottages. The property was spectacular especially at night. Walking up to the Tee Pee fire. The restaurant for dinner with drinks was delicious. We can’t wait to tell our friends about this GEM. Oh , the pool was amazing with hot tub . Bonus was they drive you to the downtown & pick you up
Disliked: NOTHING ! I was sad to leave

A good price quality location...

Liked: If you want an affordable room/cabin in a nice park setting and a walking distance from Jackson Hole, this is a place to consider. The breakfast is ok but not top, but it does the job. Overall positive

The food and noise levels...

Liked: Very processed food, my husband stays away from dairy and both egg choices had dairy. Staff was very nice
Disliked: The noise coming off of the Main Street and the food quality

Incredible - beautiful resort!

Liked: When we arrived, we met Cansel and Matthew. Matthew left shortly after we arrived; however, I must tell you how wonderful Cansel was great to work with. Smart, efficient, caring and such a great asset to your facility. You should be very proud of having such an individual representing your facility. No matter how many people were there - she handled everything efficiently and more importantly, with a great smile! We will be back and hopefully Cansel will be there!!! Do not let her go - she is terrific!
Disliked: The bed - however, everything else was fine- I did not sleep well but that is probably due to the type of mattress but not sure, but I was happy to get home to my own bed! By the way, the cleaning staff at your facility is also great. Quick, efficient and certainly clean - I have an OCD personality!
