Great Get away

Liked: Nice get away after spending a day in the mountains
Disliked: Nothing… everything (facilities, room, grounds, free breakfast , porch ) was wonderful

Exceptional

We enjoyed the Rustic In...

Liked: Breakfast was more than we expected and staff was very nice for breakfast. The rooms were cozy and convenient to every thing. The fire pits and heated pool were nice . We enjoyed the bar in the evenings and the bar staff was great. The check in staff was awesome. We had a great time!!
Disliked: There was a driver that shuttled us to town one evening that didn't speak good English but spoke enough to understand and I didn't catch his name but he was not friendly at all. He spoke English when he wanted to be short with us and seemed frustrated to take us to town. When I got out of the golf cart door and tried to close it he grabbed it from the inside and stopped the door as if he didn't want me to close it. I felt it push back on me when I got out of the back seat where he pushed it back from the driver seat. We had a Driver the night before who ran the front desk and helped us and he was awesome. All of the staff was great except for that one driver one evening. He may have just been having a bad night but didn't seem near as friendly as the rest of the staff.

Disliked: Small room, didn’t love the fake window or the goose poop on the grounds

Disliked: the parking and access to the room entrance wasn’t convienent.

If you are rich go...

Liked: Pictures look awesome of this place. But it is definitely not worth the high prices!! You can do much better else where.
Disliked: The extremely high prices for everything!! I will never stay there again.

Disappointed

Liked: Very nice!
Disliked: The cleaning people stole an expensive shirt of mine. I realized I left it on the bed and it is white. It must have mixed in with the sheets. I called within an hour of leaving the hotel and no one found it . Called back several times. Found that to be very bad on part of hotel. The cleaning people just took it!
