Russel Scott Backpackers Hostel madness.

Liked: Absolutely hated the fact that they didn’t communicate they’ve shut the building down for renovation purposes. No email, no message after booking! I arrived there late to a dark, locked down place, rang the number provided on here and spoke to a member of staff who WAS CLEARLY out drinking and couldn’t even explain properly. I had to ring twice to understand where they’ve moved me to, Art Hostel, which I had to get an Uber to and was placed in a male & female dormitory when I initially booked female with RSBH. I had an early flight and needed a short stay but I’d booked it a week in advance, you had all that time to save me the inconvenience!
Disliked: The hostel I was sent to had lovely staff but I stayed in a room with men which isn’t what I wanted. The window for some reason was open all night, one guy (guest) came in drunk late when we were all asleep and just disturbed us with noise without a care.
