Liked: The night staff was very helpful and friendly. I was helped when I could not locate the hostel. I have autism dyspraxia and adhd. Its easy for me to get disorientated in new places I haven't been to. The room was cosy and I had a good night's sleep.

Liked: Nothing to like, not trusted hotel even for the minimum.
Disliked: It's a joke, I came to the hotel after booking 2 weeks in advance, they said no room left and they don't know if I am a man or a woman, I said why you didn't text me before, and prevent me to book a bit earlier; results, I booked any hotel, cost me time and money, they are not professional at all, to avoid.

Liked: Easy entry via backdoor, kitchen with free tea & honey
Disliked: Always needed to go downstairs to use the WIFI, which wasn't really working well anyways. It was a bit cold imho, and almost impossible to close the bathroom window

Disliked: My room was right next to the entrance, therefore it was noisy as people came back late not that they were noisy just doors opening and closing We must have had a drain pipe very close and could hear every time a sink draied/toilet flushed

Disliked: There were stains on carpets and a weird smell in the room. No lockers to hide stuff during night. Weird locking system for the door. Poor conditions.

Disliked: Staff at the desk ( female) was very rude,unprofessionalShe wasn't very welcoming, no smile,courteous and was dealing with us just like robot,,On my arrival to my bedroom, I found bedroom was smelly, curtain was broken, I was instructed to fix it by myself.Bed protector was very dirty, yellowy patches ,I found hair strands, sheet was dirty with oil marks, yellowy patches and wrinkly, it seemed it wasn't changed or replaced after use.Duvet was very dirty and didn't look like it was ever washed.Carpet in the bedroom and in the corridors were very dirty and smelly.I went to desk and informed the lady about bed sheets and duvets ,she came upstairs with me, I showed it to her and she was arguing that it wasn't dirty,so I had to show her everything and pointed it out, so she replied that it was a man who cleaned and he didn't do it properly because he is a MAN"""She was very loud and screamed it on me ,I felt threatened and very unsafe from her behaviour.Because she didn't like when I said the bed is not clean initially.She threw all the pillows and Duvet on the floor and change the cases without giving them a wipe with antiseptic etc.It is disgustingI never experienced such behaviour at any hotel, this was my first experience using hostel because it was very near to my examination centre.I will never come back again to this hostel nor recommend to anyone.I couldn't sleep whole night because the way she behaved with me infront of my sister.I am a professional nurse and have been practicing nursing over 20 years in this country.I take safety and hygiene issues very seriously.What if that lillen was being used by a infected person with TB or other infections?Proper hygiene should be maintained and there is no excuse about it.Staff should be taught how to behave appropriately and how to be courteous and handle any complaints.
