Disappointing

Liked: Always stayed at the Ruskin but won’t be staying again in February unfortunately. The new addition is very separate and leaves reception off centre when enter therefor offering a disconnect immediately from staff to clients. The room was just super tiny and impossible to move around. Ideally for a single person not a twin.
Disliked: Room was too too tiny for two adults

No other place to be...

Liked: We are returning customers because it has everything. The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you.

Welcoming experience at a hotel...

Liked: The location is perfect close to the Winter Gardens and sea front. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff were friendly. The room was lovely and we felt at home instantly. Close to where we parked our car at the nearby car park.
Disliked: The hotel corridors were tight and accessibility was not the best in that context but it is a minor issue

Fabulous festive break

Liked: Beautiful hotel. The food in the bar is amazing.Room was excellent. All staff amazing. A wonderful place to visit in December

Ideal location for a stay...

Liked: The staff were brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful. The evening meal and breakfast were good quality and value for money. Location was ideally placed in the centre of Blackpool.
Disliked: Nothing really.
