Liked: The staff were so helpful,,I was hours early but Preeti welcomed me with a smile. She gave me my key and made me feel right at home. This is my second visit to Rushmore and I look forward to my next trip
Disliked: The staff,the location

Very good

Liked: The location was great, easy to get around with Earls Court train station being very close. Staff were amazing and helpful with recommendations. Great value for money!

Lots to be desired

Liked: The second room we were moved in to was much better than the first. Location was far from the city center, but only 1 block from the Earl's Court station underground stop.
Disliked: Our first room was the basement quad/family room. The bathroom was really bad. Mold on the ceiling. While we were hanging out in our room, we heard a gush of water. Thank goodness the downpour of water was over the shower, because there would have been a flood. In regards to floods, we had to take super fast showers because the drain was clogged and the water wouldn't go down. We complained to the staff and they needed to move us to another room

Perfect.

Liked: This is a wonderful hotel. Situated 2 mins walk from Earls Court tube. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Bathroom a little old but works well enough. Location is perfect, and the staff are perfect too. Loved it.
Disliked: Bathroom, but location, bedroom and staff made it perfect.

Poor

Liked: Great location close to underground and shops. The staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The photo on booking.com is of a large bright room with 2 single beds, a double and a nice bathroom. This is what we chose (not realising that then became a 'special request if available). The room we got had 2 double beds, packed into a room that should have only been a single and double at the most and even then you could barely move around the room. The bathroom was tiny, like really tiny. The shower was so small you couldn't even bend down to wash yourself. Also you have to climb over the toilet to get into it. The mattresses either sank in the middle or you could feel the springs and furniture was in a sad rate of repair. Do not be deceived by the photos!

Liked: Clean, comfortable, great location, has a gym
Disliked: Bit uncomfortable at the beginning as we had paid via booking.com but we were asked to pay again. Took several minutes to clarify and started the trip on a sour note
