Disliked: The bed was a bit stiff, better mattress topper maybe.

Going down hill each stay

Disliked: Not informed at booking for 5 nights due to a family emergency that the bar and restaurant was closed for remodeling.. which left a 7 mile drive to find food after long days at the hospital.. front check in desk was unaware of the restaurant being closed.. asked stay to clean room on day 3 and fresh towels dropped and that was it- again coming back from a long day at the hospital to find the room unmade. Have stayed 3 separate times and each time have gotten worse.. going down hill in all aspects. Will not recommend stay to family and will not be back. Very disappointing!!

PLEASE RE-THINK YOUR STAY

Disliked: Open Breakfast buffet had special food on the tables that were off limits, reserved for construction workers. I booked a 2 night stay and had an emergency and had to leave after 22hrs , they were not interested in helping me, claiming they couldn't rent that room because I reserved it, even though the hotel was half capacity at best. The casino was under construction and it resembled a kids fort, how disappointing!
