Liked: Perfect location, well appointed rooms. Daily room service. Complimentary daily muffins and coffee is a nice touch. Live music on weekends.

Disliked: TV in bedroom didn't have foxtel nor live TV

Liked: Great facilities. Pool was amazing. Our room was perfect, we had some ocean views and some views of the buildings next door and the air conditioning units. Very close to other shops, bars and the beach is just over the road. Perfect spot! Staff were very helpful and very friendly and allowed us to check in early.
Disliked: Thought we paid for an Ocean view, which we got, partially, so must have paid for a partial ocean view room. Was still a lovely room. Popular for families which is fantastic and lots of children running around but not the atmosphere we were looking for on this holiday. We definitely still really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

A good place for families

Liked: Rumba Resort is well located on the Esplanade of Caloundra. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the Resort. Parking was good. Check in was quick and easy. Pool and bar facilities was great. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The bed sink in too much. Pillows was not comfortable . Above unit was noisy and the hallway was also noisy. No ice tray was provided. Coffee and teas were ordinarily.

Liked: For the charge 0f exceeding $550.00 per night nothing was outstanding
Disliked: 1. No instructions on the operation of air conditioning to bed rooms, we went WITHOUT A/C for 2 nights 2. Rooms were NOT made up each day . On the third day the cleaners left a note to say as there was a Do Not Disturb notice out they did not perform their duties, No where was there any indication this poor quality faded sign had any relevance. Why didn,t the cleaners bring this matter to our attention on the first day
