Liked: The hotel is a perfect location for the business purpose if was there for, and it was easy with check in and check out, i had no breakfast there but i know from a previous stay that it is great

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. The hotel is in a great area, very central and near lots of cute cafes. The staff was warm and helpful, and I appreciated the no-fuss check-in/out. There is a nice lounge/breakfast area, and an outdoor area overlooking the canal. They held our luggage for us all day while we walked around and had a very organized system for doing this.
Disliked: The room is very basic and small. It lacks furniture to rest luggage on, the sink is separate from the toilet and the shower, and the shower is in the middle of the room, which doesn’t make it feel particularly homey. Plus, the walls are thin and you can hear everything, especially in the corridor. It’s pricey, but on the lower end for Hamburg.
