Very pleasant and great location.

Liked: roof top restaurant and bar were excellent however the wine cost was a bit expensive per the bottle vs US cost.Room was excellent however closet could have used more hangers and another luggage holder.
Disliked: toilet had to be repaired while we were there. Need to add another shelf in shower to allow people who need to shave their legs. I had to grab the trash can and turn it upside down for my girl friend to use as a stool.

Liked: 1) The location is the center piece for this hotel. 2) The remodeling to the hotel are good.
Disliked: There are two points:1) The high price for the very small area in the room. 2) The reception people need a solid training on customer service. Communication is a lot more than what is spoken, body language and facial expressions communicate a lot whether you are welcome or not.

Liked: Great location, great front desk service. The only thing I didn’t like is that housekeeping entered our room while we were in the room. The knocked but still entered. Then quickly realized we were there and ran away.
