Liked: The pool
Disliked: Not a 5 star, more like a 3. Have stayed in 4 stars in NY that were much better. Rude, unhelpful staff throughout hotel, ugly, dated room with cushions that were falling apart. Didn’t replace water, couldn’t press a suit in four days, no turndown. Then have added a 500 smoking charge onto my bill (I don’t smoke) that I am now having to dispute. Seems like this happens a lot from looking at other reviews. Avoid!

Liked: Location was great. Staff was really helpful and nice.Beds and linens was comfortable and got good quality. Room was quiet and spacy.

Short, easy, enjoyable — grateful...

Liked: Very grateful for upgrade to such a large room. Property has wonderful location and lovely staff. Small touches, such as sugar options with in-room dining coffee, printed menus matching online dining menus, and sheets/pillows/blankets for pull out bed already in room were overlooked—however, observing these details would certainly bring the hotel into the level of luxury it aspires towards.
