Liked: The location is near the subway
Disliked: The furniture was a bit old room 809 10 years ago i was in room 911 and everything was looking much better

Liked: I am really curious who gave this hotel 5 stars. We have 5-6 pieces of luggage and despite clearly seeing that, no one offers to help. When you request something to the room, it takes hours. The staff also seem unhappy.

Just okay.

Liked: Rooftop view.
Disliked: Room service never answered the phone

Excellent value for money that...

Liked: The location is great and the rooms are very big, especially for New York. We were particularly impressed by how well our room was cleaned every day. This is our second stay and, as the first time, the staff was excellent, especially Paul and the rest of the guys at the reception.
Disliked: We were kindly offered an upgrade but this meant that we were moved to a room on the side street. If we knew, we would have preferred to face Park Avenue even without the upgrade. Other than this minor comment, everything was very cool.
