Liked: Hotel was really good - brilliant location, friendly and helpful staff, and great facilities. The pool and the bar overlooking the city make the hotel a real standout and all the staff made it excellent and well worth a recommendation.
Disliked: Slight downside is that the rooms are just a little tired, and despite being told we were getting an upgrade, we simply got the room we paid for!

Liked: Clean, fashionable &comfortable, great location. Friendly staff and front desk team and client services.
Disliked: Lobby smells like strong cologne -and as someone with allergies it was not a deal breaker but it was borderline migraine inducing smell, they could tone down the smell a bit.

Liked: Really brilliant stay. Great hotel, location and room. Got an upgrade too. Great staff and a rooftop bar. Great bar opposite as well.

Liked: Free upgrade to a suite - travelling for a birthday - and Prosecco and chocolate on arrival
Disliked: Crack in sink in suite. Dusty curtains. No bottled water supplied in room. Small lobby- different to photos. Hotel didn’t have the feel of 5*. Pool area by a bar, area could have been cleaner - felt grubby. No doorman/porter/valet
