Disliked: No housekeeping services on the second day; lights went out in the bathroom; loud toilets and air conditioning.

Will not stay here again.

Liked: Beautiful location.
Disliked: The room was very outdated and not exceptionally clean. There were no mirrors other than in the bathroom which made getting ready for the day/ evenings difficult in a shared space. The amenities do not specify that the indoor pool and hot tub are off property and the shuttle ends at 7:30 so you are out of luck for an evening swim. The creamer in our room was expired and actually congealed.

Disliked: When we first arrived the toilet was running in the king bedroom. We had to call maintenance; which they did come immediately. Someone really need to check behind housekeeping. The place was really dusty. we could actually write our name on the furniture.

Disliked: There is no indoor pool in the building; it is approximately one mile away and requires a car or trolley.

Nonchalant atmosphere

Liked: The grounds and the location
Disliked: The staff was rude and dismissive. Concerning my complaint about previous guest soiled towels left in the room. The staff in the tower we stayed at were very cold and unwelcoming. The staff in the morning when we departed did speak.

Not one I would recommend

Disliked: The rooms didn't have the two king size beds as advertised. Embassy Suites better deal
