We would stay here again...

Liked: We had a 3 bedroom villa and it was huge!! Great for 4 kids under 12.
Disliked: It felt old. There was a dead spider in the corner when we arrived which I believe had been there for some time. The pillows were not comfy but that’s minor. It had everything we needed for one night.

Liked: Receptionist was lovely and it was quiet.
Disliked: Was extremely dated and alot of maintenance was needed.Kids were disappointed with the pool facilities, both spas were not working, outdoor pool was freezing and indoor pool was dirty.

Excellent staff in a great...

Liked: Excellent location, the staff member I spoke to (Felipe) was lovely and very helpful, he deserves a raise :). The bed was comfy and there were plenty of appliances in the room to cook for yourself if you didn't want to eat out.
Disliked: Some details were a little outdated, there were references to quick dials for the landline but there was no phone to call out with. A couple of very small maintenance issues, like the seal around the show drain was broken. The complimentary soaps had been opened before I got there.

Disliked: The back gate entrance is really annoying.It's saying that the works on front gate was supposed to be finished in 2023....a bit behind with maintenance.
