We stayed for 1 night...

Liked: The rear entrance was the nicest part of the stay. The location was immediately off of the Spanish steps and there is a nice outdoor patio BUT the patio sits immediately onto the balcony of two of the rooms which cuts into your private moments.
Disliked: The front door access was at first difficult to find and once you find where you need to go you will find that you need to squeeze into a tiny elevator. If it were not for the added service for our luggage we would not have made it up.

Disliked: There are no glasses in rooms. Hesitant when asked for glassware. Was apprehensive about sliding the door for the main entrance to the room, it didn't feel secure to me.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, location was perfect, our room was spotless and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was provided in the coffee shop opposite which was fine, however the choice was limited and not the best quality of food.

Very pretty but totally impractical

Liked: We loved the location and the bed was very comfortable. Clean pleasant. Although not on the hotel premises breakfast served across the road in a restaurant was very good.
Disliked: Nowhere to store anything. Couldn’t unpack case and put clothing away (I.e no chest of drawers).It styles itself as an international boutique hotel yet has no English speaking tv channels, and is not easy to locate, even for local taxis!

Spacious, friendly and helpful staff...

Liked: Location was perfect. Room was comfortable and the staff were the stand out portion of the trip. They went over and above to make us feel welcome.
Disliked: It was a little difficult to find. I would suggest orienting the directions from the bottom of the Spanish stairs - it’s a breeze from there.
