Lovely staff, noise from outside...

Liked: The breakfast was nice and the location was excellent for going out in central Newcastle. The staff provided me with a free drink voucher due to the delay checking in. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The noise was terrible outside, disrupting my sleep. I could still here partygoers outside the hotel around 4am, as well as traffic including sirens. My room was on the same side as the main road.

Poor facility decent enough staff

Liked: It was close to the shops
Disliked: Well for starters we had to be moved rooms 2 times the first room the bedding was thin basically half the sheet had nothing in it the shower was also dirty then the second room we got moved too was worse mouldy shower dust everywhere there was wires hanging in the fridge also it was awful the only good thing about our stay was the leisure facilities. Overall would not recommend
