the Lester's short break

Liked: a lovely hotel with plenty of character. spacious rooms. staff very welcoming and helpful. first class breakfast and again the staff couldn't do enough for us. will certainly be staying here again on our next stay over in newcastle

Nice looking hotel but not...

Liked: Lovely friendly staff. Beautiful building from outside and foyer.
Disliked: There were a lot of holes in the sheets that looked like moth holes. The door in the family room kept slamming and one of my kids was hurt by it. Rooms were too warm at night and no way to open window. No side tables. Was probably the strangest room I have ever been in.
