Disliked: I recently stayed , and while the resort itself had many enjoyable amenities, my experience was marred by a significant issue that went unresolved for the duration of my stay. For two full days, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, leading to an extremely uncomfortable environment. Despite reporting the issue to the front desk multiple times, it was never resolved during my stay.As if that wasn't enough, I also discovered that the resort's restaurants were without air conditioning during the same period. This made dining in the resort particularly uncomfortable, as the indoor spaces were stifling hot, making it difficult to enjoy meals. Given the temperature, dining in the resort's restaurants became an unpleasant experience, further detracting from the overall quality of my stay.While I acknowledge that the resort's other facilities, such as the pools, were available and functioning, I feel it's important to emphasize that the room and the restaurants—two crucial aspects of a comfortable stay—were not usable in the way I expected. A comfortable, climate-controlled environment is a basic expectation, and the inability to properly rest in my room or enjoy dining indoors due to the lack of AC significantly impacted my overall experience.To make matters worse, despite this inconvenience, the resort did not offer any form of compensation or room credit for the two days I endured without AC. Instead, I was simply charged the full price for my stay,. I would like to clarify that while the resort amenities were functional, the room and dining areas—where I was spending significant time—were not up to standard. Resort fees should not be considered compensation for these unaddressed issues.In light of this, I am requesting a credit for the two days I spent in the room and dining areas without functioning AC. I enjoyed my 4 day...
Liked: I really enjoyed the scenery of the property and the staff everyone was so nice and the beach and pool were very convenient it also very close to the airport so that was great as well
Disliked: I didn’t like the pricing while on property it is a little expensive not to be all inclusive and the bar didn’t know how to make certain drinks

MOLD ISSUE, Be Aware!
Liked: The Hotel have an AMAZING staff, from the people who open the door for you, the concierge, the staff at the restaurant, the people are awesome, it's a shame that the hotel is not on a good condition.
Disliked: The rooms have a HUGE problem of mold inside the AC. So you will see a lot of reviews saying that there is a funky smell. And yes, I asked for a change of room, they put me in another floor and the problem was exactly the same. I even took the pictures of the mold inside the AC, which is common when the island is so humid but if it's not adresse properly it can have a big impact on people's health like me. I stayed for 7 days, on a celebration trip for anniversary and birthday. So I wasn't in the mood to complain to the point to find us another hotel and deal with cancelations and refunds so we just stayed and even if I had the AC OFF, the house keeper turn it on ( i guess as protocol) when she cleaned the room. So I was exposed to the mold and finally after 7 days I got super sick. My throat hurts, my sinus are block, I have Migraines and Nausea, I'm back to my home in NC, I took covid and Flu test to see if it might be something like that but no, the test are negative, it a reaction to the mold exposure for a long time. So if you are sensitive like me, DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL, the have been saying that they will adresse the problem (the response in other old reviews) and I trust that, but they didn't. If you are not sensitive like my husband, you will have just some headaches and weird feeling in the throat. On some of the activities I meet other guests from the hotel and one of the 17 years old kid was very sick from the same thing. I was a very nice hotel, with a lovely beach, AMAZING PEOPLE trying to find solutions, but they can't do much about that, the maintenance of the AC is not their fault. I didn't love the cleaning but I can live with that. I do not recommend this hotel until the fix that!

Liked: Pretty resort with nice beach. Room was nice and comfortable.
Disliked: Food at beach restaurant and pool was average at best. Frozen drinks were very weak. I watched the bartender barely put any rum in the drink. The wait to get into breakfast restaurant was excessively long. Need to improve in these areas for the price.
