Annoying reception staff

Liked: Location, beach, room,
Disliked: We were charged $175 on arrival which they said was a resort/reservation fee. We questioned it and told them the booking said that taxes and fees were included and after a long time, checking my confirmation emails etc and talking to the manager, they said it was covered by the fee we’d already paid.

Liked: Facility was nice cleanliness
Disliked: Pool closed at 9pm.Beach access closed at 9 as well. Didn't want to give more ice in cardboard bucket of beer even though it melted in the heat and the bucket tore from the ice melting. Unknown charge on my card at end of stay.
