Very good

Liked: The room was clean, warm and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was nice too.
Disliked: The coffee isn't great (coffee bags in the room), personal preference though.

Liked: We loved how comfortable, spacious and good taste both the family room and the hotel itself. The staff were extremely friendly too.
Disliked: We struggled to connect to the wireless internet connection anywhere in the building.
