Liked: Beautiful lobby and breakfast room. Very Scottish with great light coming in from the big windows. The bed was very comfortable with various room amenities.
Disliked: The bathroom was huge with no space to keep the toiletries. The room gad 3 armchairs when there was no need for that. Maybe it would be a good idea to move the furniture around for a more spacious result.

Liked: Traditional and tastefully decorated hotel.Wonderful room with very comfy bed and bedding. Great bathroom with bath and walk in shower and very clean.Very obliging staff. Perfect stay all around.

One of the nicest stay

Liked: We loved everything about our stay. Very close to the National Gallery, also where hotel is located is such a nice area, with cafes and bars around, very safe too. We loved the hotel, it’s such an iconic building, full of history and character- we loved our room. Staff is extremely kind and friendly. Room got kettle, teas, coffees.
Disliked: None

Really nice rooms

Liked: Breakfast and food was great. Says smart attire including tie but when asked said said along as no football shirts it's fine lol
Disliked: Dinner was abit awkward as asked for drinks and server seemed abit confused and ended up with a manager coming and asking what kind of drinks we were wanting. Think drinks came from bar downstairs but just thought they'd be available at dinner
