A little gem!

Liked: I had a wonderful time at the Royal Scots Club. Very cosy with lots of history and character, it was like stepping back in time. The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly, professional and courteous. The ensuite-room was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of choices. The hotel is only 3 stars but would deserve more regarding the brilliant service and all the extras in the room. Will definitely go back.
Disliked: The only reason why I don’t give 10: my room was located close to a room reserved for staff. Probably a staff accommodation and in the evening I could hear absolutely everything. And when I say everything I mean everything.

Liked: The staff was amazing. Evelina and Lucille went out of their way to manage a no-show on the first night due toa canceled flight caused by the Eowin storm. The rest of the stay was just spot-on.

Lovely hotel in a fab...

Liked: Very good location, very central but yet located on a quiet street so very easy to sleep at night time. Food was very good - had breakfast every morning and had dinner one night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for people staying there.
Disliked: N/A

A homely and welcoming place...

Liked: Exceptional staff, good facilities with a homely/club atmosphere. Everyone was extremely helpful and the food was great!
Disliked: The Club can be a bit of a warren to navigate around - but I'm old so that was probably the reason!
