Liked: Perfect location in the old town. Clean, quiet. Friendly staff.

Liked: Location, classic style, nice breakfast.
Disliked: The mattress was really uncomfortable. We checked out a day earlier and were promised to receive a follow up message, but never heard back.

Comfortable

Liked: Beautifully decorated and furnished. Warm and welcoming.
Disliked: I was inadvertently charged twice. The overpayment was (this morning) refunded on the card used for the transaction. The money has not as yet appeared in the relevant account, but I assume that it will within the next couple of days.

Superb

Liked: The location is perfect because it's central but quiet The interior of the building is exceptionally beautiful, both in the rooms and in the communal spaces.
Disliked: Check in and check out went smoothly. The coffee maker in the room is nice but in the evening after a journey I would have preferred a cup of tea.
