A practical Motel to stay

Liked: It was in a good position. Bus directly in front of the Motel.It was very quiet. Parking very good
Disliked: There was no suitcase rack.It would be nice to have a desk as well. There was enough space for both.

Liked: The room was clean and the location was good.
Disliked: Sugar, tea, coffee, etc were not replaced during room service.I was unable to change my booking either through the company or Booking.com. This was not in line with the advertising that this was an option. It is for this reason I would not book again or recommend.Never saw any staff after checking in.

Liked: Comfortable, clean. Staff very accommodating when first looking to book, helping with room selection. Close to supermarket & food shops,great location.

Liked: Tidy, quiet and comfortable with friendly staff.
Disliked: The bathroom door had a broken hinge which didn’t allow it to close properly. Went to sit on a dining chair and it was very wobbly, the screws need tightening. It rained overnight and we were woken to an annoying drip landing on the plastic roof of the verandah below as the gutters were blocked. Just a few basic maintenance things that need fixing.
