Liked: The location is really good. And, the front desk was great and very helpful.
Disliked: The rooms are small and dated. The hallways were dirty. I think this might be the worst Marriott property I have been too.

Disappointing with awful front desk...

Liked: Location is good, on the beach and at the top of Ocean Drive.
Disliked: Appalling customer service. Paid for an ocean front king for a week, £3500.00. Would describe as tired although view was great. Not cleaned 3 times. Front desk don’t communicate with housekeeping. Housekeeping don’t speak English. Billing issues I can’t resolve because hotel doesn’t pick up calls and Marriot Bonvoy are not responding. Accounts systems were down when we checked out so left hotel with no final bill. Have had to raise a dispute on my credit card. Don’t go - better places to spend your money. They don’t deserve it…

Liked: Good location and I liked both pools.
Disliked: On checkout I was unable to get a copy of my bill. The printer was not working. The funny thing is it was not working the previous week I was there. I believe the desk person LIED to me about the printer.

Liked: Excellent pools with easy beach access. Food and drink was very good and reasonably priced. Excellent staff, all-around.
Disliked: Rooms were fine but a bit outdated in my section.!I expected a more modern room with direct oceanfront view like the last time I stayed here but very limited view and outdated room.The billing system at hotel must change. Very confusing to read. Not at all clear what you are getting for each charge.?Didn’t have time to check completely.
