Liked: This property is a delight. Yes, it's outdated, but charming. The rooms are always immaculate, spacious, and a wonderful value for the price. It's located near Chinatown, and offers free parking, a real perk in San Francisco.
Disliked: Everything about this property is lovely.

Liked: When I arrived,the office personnel came out and already had a parking space held for me. He was very attentive to my needs! Good staff here!!

Great location surrounded by so...

Liked: Excellent location right in Chinatown, a block away is what we called “Little Italy” restaurants and Asian grocers everywhere with so much variety. A 15-20 minute stroll to Fisherman’s Wharf, a little library of things to do outside the lifts, laundry facilities, Walgreens only a few minutes walk away.Although showing its age it was comfortable.
Disliked: Definitely showing its age and could do with a few updates, not much parking for the size of the establishment.

Disliked: Although requested low room receptionist gave us a third floor and stated they had no low rooms. Having taken my wife to the room and noted its unsuitability (my wife has mobility issues) we return to reception and after complaining the gave us a ground floor room.No safe, no where to hang clothes and no shelf for toiletries in the bathroom.Surprise to find they still used blankets on the beds.It looked clean but had a unclean feel to it
