Pleasant enough stay but property...

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: In need of a refurb to bring it into the 21st century, like stepping back in time.

Pleased with another stay here.

Liked: We've stayed a couple of times here and there's an old charm to Royal on the Park we like. We also like that while still being very central to everything, you're not in the thick of noise and hustle. Love the Botanic Gardens right opposite and you can grab an electric scooter and head over to South Bank, Kangaroo Point etc very easily.
Disliked: hmmm. Can't really think of anything.

Disliked: The carpet outside the bathroom was soaked when we arrived

Liked: Parking and location for city access was fabulous
Disliked: Nil

Convenience location, however can hear...

Liked: The room is quite roomy. Like the ability to control the air-con temperature of the room. Location is pretty good.
Disliked: The bathroom is quite dated, and can do with some renovation.
