Great hotel; lovely location.

Liked: The location, the atmosphere. Friendly staff. Lovely room. Great food - breakfast and dinner.
Disliked: The communal breakfast area was too hot for us; but recognise that mainly older people were staying there! Our room didn’t get cleaned/turned down during our two night stay, which was disappointing.

A very relaxing time away...

Liked: The staff was all kind with some abilitiy to speak welsh
Disliked: Unfortunately the LEDs on to of bed board didn't work as plugs were broke

Pleasant and Convenient place for...

Liked: The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was conveniently located with on-site parking. The food from the evening menu of very high quality.
Disliked: The room was rather ordinary with a small TV set. The shower could have been easier to use. Would have rated the hotel more highly if the price for the room had been slightly lower.

Beautiful Betws-y-coed

Liked: We went for a 3 day break after Xmas and it was fantastic.The hotel was brilliant from the location to the staff and food it was just a lovely experience.There is a great atmosphere in Betws-y-coed with loads to do especially some beautiful walks and scenerey.We will definetly return again in the summer
