Check-in process needs improving

Liked: Warm room, clean sheets and towels, clean bathroom.
Disliked: Checking in took quite a long time due to slow queues.There was a bit of confusion over needing to present a passport even though all occupants of the booked room are UK-based. It should be made clear that a photo id is needed to check in, not necessarily a passport.

It was the best trip....

Liked: I think the staff's response is polite and good.The hotel and rooms were new and clean.I stayed in a triple room, and it was easy to use because the shelves in the closet were divided into sections for three people.
Disliked: The only bad thing was that the shower room didn't have a door, so the floor got wet.

Liked: Worth a stay - they took off everything from the start. Responded quickly to questions and also they made sure everything was ready for us when we were there. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Close to Russel street underground but a little outside of few places
