Comfortable, cozy and warm.

Liked: I was exhausted and freezing when I checked in. The woman at the desk (one of the owners) was ever so nice. For some reason Booking.com had put me in a pet friendly room and right off she asked and then changed my room, to a non-pet friendly room. I have terrible allergies. But the place was great for what I needed. Comfortable bed, quiet rooms, and hot water. Thank you!

Disliked: The cleanliness of the baseboards & carpet. There were areas that didn’t look like they had been vacuumed for weeks.

Liked: The place was so dirty we refused to stay. The staff would not refund our charge, so I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company.
