Basic function of a hotel...

Liked: The reception staff were friendly and seemed concerned.
Disliked: (1) Both mattresses were horrible: had to see a doctor multiple times after just 1 night (I weigh 70kg but when lying down the mattress had a dip of ±20cm deep). (2) The windows were locked and the air-conditioning didn't work (put on 5°: room stayed at 25 degrees in March!). (3) At least one electric outlet was not fixed to the wall with a gap of 2 cm. Luckily my two girls are careful. (4) I had to pay my breakfast on the spot: never happened in a 4-star hotel. I live in Switzerland, travelled all over the globe. Sincerely worst night I ever had (and my kids as well).

Liked: It was a great stay. Staff were friendly. Very accessible. There’s a tram stop right in front to get to the Palace of Nations and about a 5 min walk to the main train station.

Liked: Bad service, rude personal, very shitty location
Disliked: The staff was really rude. I was pregnant 8 months and had a 2 years old kid who was crying all the time and i asked them to make earlier check in. one staff said we will try our best, and we agreed for check in at 13.00 oclock, but another staff was rude and said no you have to wait till 15.00 oclock. at the end i had to discuss with them for hours and stand with my crying kid. They do not know how to treat a customer, very unprofessional, very rude. Other hotels we travel when they see that you have certain condition they try to help you and assist you better. I woudlnt recommend this hotel to anyone who values good customer service and location is also shitty

Value for Money Hotel

Liked: Wonderful experience. Better pest control should be in place. Slight concern but the staff is very helpful
Disliked: Breakfast not great and too expensive for the money charged. We had to have breakfast outside.
