Acceptable With Very Friendly Staff

Liked: It's a beautiful location but the roads are single file for the final couple of miles which can be a little tricky in the dark. The car park is large.
Disliked: The rooms are a little tired, the sink in the room itself with a very small pace for a toilet and shower, it is a little tight. It is not too easy with a dog when your room is a fair distance from the reception (despite letting them know my dog is elderly and we would have preferred a room as close to the outside door as is possible)

Disliked: Heating wouldn’t turn off and all heating pipes travel through the room.

Liked: The location in the beautiful Wye valley, and right by the river, is wonderful! The room was small but fine for one night. Breakfast was delicious!
Disliked: The car park is a bit pricey and the rules are very strict - exactly 24 hours or charged for an extra 24 hours.
