Motel near large shopping area

Liked: The motel is located across the road from the large shopping area. Traffic is very busy on the road, but there is pedestrian crossing with lights a little distance south from the motel. So, it is not so bad as it may seem from the first look at the map. There is bus 704, which runs from that shopping area across the road to Southgate Light Rail station. Room and washroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. The entrance to the room was directly from the parking lot.
Disliked: The room was a bit small for the price paid compared to other hotels in Edmonton.
