Very nice hotel; great location and views; every single member of staff we met is of real credit to the place. Would visit again without hesitation.

Liked: Everything - in particular, the staff could not have done more or been friendlier.
Disliked: Nothing really - picnic foods was merely OK rather than brilliant.

Classy and dependable

Liked: Excellent breakfast...good coffee. But I used to be in hotel design, so I see things a bit differently. The rooms were thoughtful and well fitted. The spaces were well dressed. Id get the reception carpet fixed!
Disliked: I think just a little more attention paid to gents public toilet maintenance. But not a complaint. I wonder if Thai Restaurant maybe be too formally one concept. Meaning a restaurant that offers Fusion Dining would be more flexible these days.

Liked: I had an amazing and incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was seamless, making me feel right at home. The breakfast view was stunning, adding an extra touch to my mornings.

Liked: We were greeted warmly from the moment we stepped through the doors. Very friendly and helpful Reception staff. Very efficient check in and digital room key service. Exceptionally clean everywhere. Beautiful modern room with everything you needed.Wonderful Thai restaurant on first floor. Brilliant location close to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate underground. Thank you Royal Lancaster London for a fantastic stay
