Very nice hotel; great location and views; every single member of staff we met is of real credit to the place. Would visit again without hesitation.
Liked: Everything - in particular, the staff could not have done more or been friendlier.
Disliked: Nothing really - picnic foods was merely OK rather than brilliant.

it was a deeply disappointing...

Disliked: My recent stay at the Royal Lancaster London was extremely disappointing. The room felt like an oven due to the high temperature, and the ventilation was so poor that it was almost suffocating. Despite its central location, there are absolutely no worthwhile facilities available in this hotel. There is a large wedding and event hall that makes the lobby incredibly crowded at all times, and the coffee shop even refuses to serve guests staying in suites if it’s overwhelmed by these events.The staff were rude, unprofessional, and appeared untrained, which only added to the overall frustration. The main restaurant only serves breakfast, and if you try to dine at any other time, they simply refuse service. There’s an Asian restaurant that supposedly requires a reservation, but it’s nearly impossible to secure one—even if you’re paying for a premium suite.Additionally, I had informed the hotel about a special occasion upon my arrival, and they were supposed to make some special arrangements. However, they handled it in such an embarrassing way that even a six-year-old could have done better, reflecting a total lack of experience and genuine care for their guests.On top of all this, the Wi-Fi was terrible, forcing me to purchase a separate Wi-Fi SIM card from outside the hotel. Even after complaining to management, the issue was never resolved.Honestly, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Given the lack of amenities, terrible service, and the high price, you could easily find far better hotels in more prestigious locations—hotels where members of royal families actually stay—rather than endure this poor experience. It doesn’t deserve more than a three-star rating, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for comfort or true hospitality.

Liked: The location was ideal—just steps from the bus and subway stations! The rooms were spotless, and the staff was fantastic. It made for a truly delightful stay!

Liked: Cleaning and the staff. Also, they provide us with shattaf.
Disliked: The location is far from the attractions. Rooms are a little small.
