Exceptional

A short but lovely stay

Liked: We only stayed one night after flying from UK but found the staff really friendly and helpful. The room was clean with very comfortable beds
Disliked: N/a

Passable

Liked: The food was great, but the backside of the building where we stayed was very loud because of the bar or restaurant. It was very disappointing, and we could not sleep.
Disliked: I didn't like the other building. It was more of an outdoor lobby and very noisy, very disappointed for one night, and I paid $400.

Disliked: The hotel is “original with cosmetic updating in the room. The overall updating was marginal and the room (s) need total overhauling and updating

Liked: It was great to be within easy walking distance of food and fun!

Comfortable, spacious rooms, nice amenities...

Liked: Great location, friendly staff— were kindly able to accommodate an early arrival after a busy morning of hiking and sunrise, free drink vouchers, clean— undergoing renovations but didn’t impact our stay at all. Kids loved the pool and lagoon.
Disliked: $25 parking, better than some other resorts but always hate to pay for parking.

Liked: Everything was perfect. The location, the resort was beautiful, the room and the ocean view from the balcony, and sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves. Fantastic.I highly reccomend this place!
