Disliked: THE RECEPTION STAFF WAS NOT VERY FRIENDLYTHE ROOMS FACING THE STATION ROAD ARE VERY NOISY AND NOT SOUNDPROOFTHE POOR BREAKFAST IS MORE REMINDING OF A 2 STAR THAN A 4VERY COLD IN THE ROOM BEFORE THE HEATING STARTS BACK ON AFTER DAWN

Liked: 1. The lift
Disliked: 1. I asked for a large double bed - on the booking form it said this bed would be reserved if available - it turns out no double beds are available at this price only 2 single beds.2. The mattresses were set in wooden frames - when getting out of bed the wooden frame caight the back of the knees - very painful.3. The shower did not stay upright in the shower fitting - it drooped like a dying tulip.4. The lighting was so poor - both the room ceiling lights and the bedside lights that it was impossible to read - we needed to use the lights on the our mobile phones5. At the first breakfast the staff ran out of coffee jugs
