Clean Comfortable Room - Good...
Liked: Clean comfortable room at a good price. Close to restaurant. Free breakfast.

Liked: Clean comfortable room no bugs. Housekeeping does a great job cleaning daily. Shower has good hot water. Room has mini fridge mirco wave and table for two. Nice size closet.
Disliked: The wifi doesn't work most of the time. I stayed 2 and half weeks for work. I had wifi first 2 days and never again. Office never ever never answers the phone so don't even bother calling. Don't bother with having anyone call the in room phone either. They don't work. Probably should just take them out waste of space.

Clean comfortable room but bad...
Liked: The rooms were clean comfortable and no bugs. Housekeeping does a great job cleaning every day. They have food in the office day and evening.
Disliked: I recently stayed at the hotel for two and a half weeks while working in the area. Unfortunately, I experienced some billing errors, including a double charge of $193.00 and an additional double charge for a one-night stay when I extended my stay. To rectify the situation, I shared my bank statement online, but it was deemed insufficient, so I had to obtain a printed copy. After a two-day process involving multiple conversations with my bank, I finally received my refund. However, the experience was marred by a staff member named Jennifer, who displayed a negative attitude towards me despite my having done nothing wrong. I was incorrectly charged a total of $246.00. I advise others to closely monitor their payments and consider paying online to avoid similar issues. The hotel's outdated record-keeping system, which relies on notebooks, can lead to errors and subsequent complications. I now have to wait 3 days to see if they actually refunded the money. The receipt said declined and the Jennifer lady caught a attitude again when I mentioned it.
